TUBITAL SRL is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery, and resulting from its technological equipment the Company is focused on delivering high quality construction of Pressure Equipment up to 250 tons for Petrochemical, Chemical and Power Generation Plants. We are able to fabricate Vessels in carbon steel, alloy steel, low alloy steel and cladded materials.

Company facilities today include heat treatments modular gas furnace, a dedicated shop for sandblasting and painting, a in house rolling machine, computer numeric control, plasma cutting machine and hydraulic presses.

In addition the factory has double wire SAW (SUBMERGED ARC WELDING) machines, nozzle SAW machines, ESW (ELECTROSLAG WELDING for WELD DEPOSIT)machines, TIG tube orbital welding machines and other welding machines (MIG, MAG, TIG).

The factory is also equipped with different types of cutting, sawing, bevelling, drilling, bending, baring, shearing, grinding, milling, tube expanding, cleaning machines.

The  facilities have easy access to the port of Venice to assist shipment of our Vessels throughout the world, with transport restrictions of 6,5 *6,5 *50 meters

INSPECTIONS AND TESTS:

Tests are performed by our personnel with national and international qualifications.
Internal and external technicians perform a range of non destructive tests (NDT): radiographic test, magnetic particle examination, ultrasonic test (TOFD, Phased Array), dye penetrant examination, visual and physical testing, hydraulic and helium tests.
Other tests can be performed in accordance with international standards if required by client.
Destructive Tests DT (such as tensile and bending testing, impact tests) are executed by external qualified laboratories.
